Our cider is made on the farm with our own apples, so we know every apple from when it was a flower, all the way into your glass. We grow our apples without pesticides or artificial fertilisers, and we don’t use any artificial sweeteners or flavourings in our cider. Instead we like to keep our ciders simple, a true expression of the apples and the character of our unique terroir.
Cider is a seasonal drink, it can only be made in the autumn when the apples are ripe, and it changes and develops as it ages throughout the year. Our cider is always evolving, and our blends reflect this, changing throughout the seasons, not always the same, but always perfectly suited to the time of year.
As well as being on tap when the bar is open, our cider is available for take away any time either in bottles (Medium Sparkling and Sweet Sparking) or in 2L or 5L containers (Dry Still and Medium Still). If you would like to call in for take away, please call or message us.
